How do I sign in? With Apple, Google or a 6-digit code we e-mail you. No password needed.
Who can see where I took a photo? Nobody sees the exact spot. A shared sky shows only an area of about 1 km and the place name; your live location is never shown. The app removes all photo metadata (including GPS) before upload.
How is the forecast made? From weather data (Open-Meteo, MET Norway): clouds at different heights, the path of the light at the horizon and how clean the air is, turned into a score from 0 to 100. It is an estimate – the sky sometimes surprises.
How do I report a photo or a person? Tap "…" on the sky → Report. The sky disappears for you at once and we review it within 24 hours. You can also block the author ("…" → Block).
How do I delete a sky? Open it → "…" → Delete. The photo files are deleted too.
How do I delete my account? Profile → Settings → Delete account. Everything is deleted immediately (backups expire within 30 days).
Notifications do not arrive. Check iOS Settings → WowSky → Notifications, then in the app Profile → Settings → "When should we tell you?".
Which devices are supported? iPhone with iOS 16.4 or later. Android is planned.
